Breakfast, maximum price €5 per person, with the possibility of :
A – Italian breakfast (pre-packed) in the B&B
B – Italian breakfast in a Bar with which we have an agreement, outside very close to the B&B

Long stays
Reductions are possible in accordance with the Management

The price must be agreed with the Management

Other information
For booking confirmation a 30% deposit to be sent by bank transfer.
Details will be given at the moment of booking.
Guests leaving must vacate the room before 10.30, unless otherwise agreed with the Management.
On arrival guests’ rooms will be available from 16.00 (4pm) onwards, unless otherwise agreed with the Management.

Services Included
Midweek cleaning with a complete change of bed-linen. Electricity, heating, air-conditioning, hot water, TV.

Extra cleaning and bed-linen can be requested on payment.

It is possible to leave motorbikes or bicycles by prior arrangement with the Management.
